INY sells dresses and outfits for babies and young children. Many pieces are handmade or hand-embroidered, so small variations in stitching, smocking or colour may occur. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.
Our products are for children, but purchases must be made by a parent, guardian or adult aged 18 or above.
Orders are placed through the enquiry and WhatsApp options on our website. An order is confirmed only when INY confirms it to you in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed incorrectly, or the order details cannot be verified. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, INY will arrange the applicable refund.
Please use the size guide on the website and contact INY if you need help choosing a size. Because children grow quickly and handmade pieces can vary slightly, we recommend checking measurements before ordering.
Follow the care label or the care instructions provided with the product. Hand-embroidered and smocked items generally require gentle care. Damage caused by improper washing or care may not be covered by an exchange.
Dresses with bows, buttons, embellishments or ribbons should be used under adult supervision. Please check for loose parts regularly and remove the item if anything becomes loose.
All content on this site, including the INY name and logo, photographs, campaign images, designs, text and founder story, belongs to INY or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it commercially without written permission.
If you send INY reviews, photos or messages, you may allow us to display them on our website or social media. Please only send photographs of children if you are their parent or legal guardian and are comfortable with their use.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
